Complaining about an employee

I was trying to buy curd ham no price and no sign and the frozen meatballs where thawed. I got to checkout the cashier was nice but she wanted me to put my groceries in the buggie I put 2 bags, I am not their bagger.

She ask the price coordinator to go get the ham weight and the price coordinator said she was not getting a price put on the ham for the likes of me and said I was buying ro much food, the coordinator heard me tell the cashier I thought the meat department need help cause no price on ham and the meatballs where in fresh refrigeration, so she thought i was being rude, no I am not being rude, thay need to learn how to do business. Finally the cashier got the young women in the meat department to put a price on it, the meat department couldn't understand why I didn't want it cut, she stood and looked at me for a 20 seconds. I have a brain injury and the price coordinator said I could work my job I was fine and I needed to stop buying so much and I didn't need to shop there cause thay have enough to do and the this company is not gonna be here that long anyways. I heard a man tell a woman in the meat department I told you not to put the meatballs there thay go in freezer section.

I spent 280. Dollars and I don't need them to tell me what I need and what I don't.

This is at the Lancaster SC off Hwy 9 bypass store.

The one in Pageland SC is the same way and the price coordinator i believe is the same that is rude to me and will stand on top of me while I'm checking out my groceries.

If you are wondering why the stores are not doing well its because of you employees thay are rude and controlling.

The Lancaster store said what is she doing with all this stuff. ITS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS.

I Would appreciate to me some kind of compensation for my troubles and the stress I don't need, I am in enough pain as it is and the reason for my pain i was attack at another store my employees that got mad cause thay had to work and I told them to do it a certain way cause its the way I have to unload truck and he hit me on top of my head on October 31 in the AM .

Please train you employees how to treat your customers.

One case was labeled $14.99 and the other at $1.27 after they ring it up so he called the store manager and she said under her watch she know the chicken were remarked wrong so I said miss I knows that but I said you need to sell it to me for what it marked for she say I will get someone to change the label and thats it so I got the two cases at $14.99 each and left not going back when she on people in store was saying I was right so I made a call to corporate

I have a employee by the name of Chelsea, ring up my produce then throw them in a bag. Then snatched my money out of my hand. I asked her did you just snatch my money, and she started laughing and said, "I sure did!" Then started over talking me very loudly, saying have a nice day, have a nice day. My family, and I which are life long residents on New Ellenton, will NOT be back in this store!

Humma debit

Mad because you don't take the humma visa card. I never saw a sign saying you don't take the card . Had $100 worth of groceries that had to be put back on the shelves. Then went to Walmart and got more for less money. So in a way happy you made me go the shop somewhere else.

Cashier Cindy is the most rude disrespectful person they have working there. Her light was still for her line.

I push my buggy in her line. She turns off her lights and states that she is close she gets off in 15 minutes. In that 15 minutes she could have rung me up. I proceed to another line only to see her taking other people.

I asked for the manager on duty only for him to come up front smiling then acting like he couldnt find corporate number. I will never shop there again.

I also told all my family members about how I was treated. I also reached out to the news station; Cindy needs to be fired.

Lowest paying job

This is one of the worst paying jobs have ever had in my life. No pay raises, no holiday pay.

You can only be a part time employee and if you're part time you can only get 25 hours or less each week which really sucks. They had a meeting and asked what would bring more customers in. 1. Lower the damn prices, they too damn high.

2. Pay store associates higher wages and you wouldn't have to keep asking for help 3. Treat all associates fairly. Some associates are treated highly better than others and it sucks.

No one cares about you when you're out of work or anything. You are just a nobody to them basically unless you are working and providing for their benefit.

Managers their will let sick people work and spread germs to other not taking into consideration the other fellow workers. Retail businesses all are worried about the Almighty dollar.
